River Oaks Property Owners Association Board Meeting Minutes, 29 November 2020

Attendees:  Board Members:  England, Finley, Long; Officers:  Fowler

Business:  Fowler initiated an e-meeting of the Board on the afternoon of 29 November 2020.

Board Actions: Fowler proposed approval of the recommendations from Underwood, sent previously to the Board members, not to assess lots that are “unbuildable,” thereby not charging nine “lots” (usually partial lots) that have previously been assessed as buildable (Altmiller, Crabtree [2 lots], Hughes, Duncan, Tindell, Wilson, Harnden, and Finley).  This proposal conforms to the precedent set earlier for “lots” owned by Patterson, House, Roberson and Stamatis.  Long moved approval of this proposal, Finley seconded and the motion carried by email vote.

Fowler also proposed approval by the Board to assess each lot in the POA at the $48.00 level approved by the membership at the annual meeting on November 23.  Long moved approval of that proposal and England seconded the motion, which carried by e-vote.

Next Meeting:  No date for a future meeting was set.
