From the River Oaks Property Owners Association Architectural Committee

When a resident has a building project that will involve the appearance of the outside of their home or involves any other structure on their lot, then the Architectural Committee would appreciate a call from them. The contact allows us to ensure compliance with POA covenants and possibly even city codes.   The contact also provides an opportunity for the committee to share information on materials or contractors as well as gain information that may help other residents.   Rather than being a discussion of what can or can’t be done, the committee’s goal is that each meeting should be positive and helpful, designed to benefit the residents of the POA.   Ed McMullen For the Architectural Committee
